I think Mike just picked up on why Bushrat took his hat.
Working on the next comic now, hopefully it won’t take nearly as long as this one did. Thank you for reading this far. You guys are the best. -Aaron J.

Now why would Amaya discard her jacket…
…& why would Bushrat fail to recognize her jacket?
Even so, surely he’d put 2_&_2 together, after learning what’s on the card, right?
😛
…& while we’re at it, why is Mike looking so unfazed by all this?
Is this “just another Thursday” in his life, or has he “struck a deal” with Amaya, & sold-out his friend?
I’m assuming that we’ll find her in whatever contraption is currently hovering above them.
I’m also assuming that Louis can hear that noise too, so, will he risk going out & investigating it?
ON_A_SEPARATE_NOTE:
If we break the word down to its component parts, “Pantera” (or “Pan Terra”) seems to imply “All Earth”…
…should we infer that only one major landmass remains above sea-level?
ALTERNATE_SEPARATE_NOTE:
What if, after a few thousand years of “language drift”, “Pantera” might be a corruption of “Panthera”?
(… a genus within the family Felidae, comprising the tiger, lion, jaguar, leopard, & snow leopard …)____(from the “Wiki”)
…so, now I’m picturing an island-nation of humanoid cats.
To be clear, I’ve not forgotten that “Pantera” is just the name of an airship, here.
I’m just “freestyle speculating”, from the very-sparse data available.
Honestly, outside of the band Pantera I never really gave the name much thought.
But I’ll give it to you, the Black Sea is, in fact, an island-nation of cat people (the question of “why is it?” will be answered, yes). Good work sir!
As for the rest of the world, the land masses above ground are mainly island nations with major ones maxing out to be the size of Greenland.
I’m working on a world map to help out with a visual.
@[Aaron J.]:
From the start of Pg.1, I’ve been picturing the modest remnants of the S.American Andes as a string of islands, rising-up to the Equator, to meet what remains of the Rockies from the North.
Meanwhile, this color-coded link shows the likeliest places to find dry land, after sea-levels have risen:

Much like Mike, he’s trying to keep secret that he’s seen that jacket recently.
Unfortunately, Mike isn’t stupid and knows ‘Rat’s hiding something.
Whether or not Louis hears the loud humming noise in the bar is anyone’s guess at this point.
So, let’s assume that he can.
(will address the Pantera question in my next reply XD)
