Hey!
Originally, the page was about how Bushrat just violently killed someone. Which turned out to be a hellaciously long page.
Then his dad would get upset over what he did because of the stereotypical “Be better than that” thing. So instead I decided to introduce Bushrat’s mother (that red/black voice does belong to someone) for this page and the next.
Because, in this world? There are no heroes, as you’ll see, there are good and bad people, but as far as the whole “Ultimate Good vs Absolute Evil” thing?
It’s more, “who will be the last one standing?”

Lenore made an appearance! What did she do to get thrown in isolation, and who’s powerful enough to put/keep her there?
This was actually a deal made between her and someone else, Len may be a “I slay Gods for Kicks” level sociopath. But she’s a woman of her word, if she says she’ll stay put? She’ll stay put.
This is better than Lenore’s old prison in the 10th circle of Hell above the Void, which was made specifically for her.
Again, she’s…um…touched a lot of lives.
So, in panel 2, what do we see lingering over the sleeping Bushrat?
Has a “sentinel” of sorts been posted?
…& by whom?
It’s his mom, just checking up on him as all good mothers do.
“touched a lot of lives” is one way to say “sent countless species to their extinction because someone annoyed her/she was bored”
…well if you want to be more direct, yes. XD
